In Chézery- Forens, in modern buildings, the last traditionalcheese dairy is manufacturing, a raw milk cheese : Bleu de Gex AOC (Appellation d' Origine Contrôlée). This cheese was honoured with several medals, in particular the Gold medal at the agiculture exhibition of Paris.

The store is open every day, from 8 to 12 AM and from 5 to 7 PM
Caution: only morning visits
A visitors’ gallery and a video enable you to follow the various stages of manufacturing. Mornings between 9 :30 and 11:00 AM.
Individual admission price : free
Group (3O and more): 1.60 euro per person. (gives right to a tasting session).
